At Phina Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and securely place them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
